Return Policy

For orders shipped outside India:

Konnectbox.com offers no returns for items shipped outside India. Konnectbox.com offers Refunds in the following cases:

1.The customer received damage to goods during transit, Unpacking Video Required.

2.The received product is different from the ordered product. Unpacking Video Required.

3.The received product has a manufacturing defect.

4.Outer Packaging damaged upon delivery. Photos of the shipment and unboxing video are required.

5.Product quantity received is less than ordered. Unboxing video required.

Refunds requests can be raised from 4 Days of product delivery. After the refund request is raised, the Konnectbox.com team will check and approve the refund request. On Successful approval, the amount will be credited as Store Credits which can be used in the next order or the amount can be refunded to the customer's bank account.
